Our Vision
Our vision is to see revival on the Island leading to Kingdom principles being brought to
all aspects of our Island life as taught by Jesus Christ during His earthly ministry. To achieve this we are developing a strategy for prayer with opportunity for all our intercessors to contribute to this process.
What We Seek to Do
•  Produce a newsletter with information about current prayer issues and ministries
•  Arrange prayer cover and prophetic insight for mission activity
•  Facilitate seminars and workshops on prayer and intercession, and support the
   local church
•  Interface, where possible, with those we are praying for, including those involved
in our initiative, In Mann Prayer And Community Together, (IMPACT)
•  Develop local and international links through the Prayer Forum of British Isles and Ireland
•  Identify key areas of prayer around the island
•  Circulate emergency prayer requests by email

Manx PrayerNet

Manx PrayerNet was founded in 1999 in the belief that “prayer changes things”. It is an inter-denominational and non-denominational group of Christians drawn from all walks of life who have a heart to pray for the Isle of Man.

Manx PrayerNet was the vision of David Talbot and he co-ordinates the activities. David has lived on the Isle of Man for 30 years and, together with his wife Ravina, has been very involved in the local church. They worship at St. James’ Church in Dalby.

Manx PrayerNet has a strategy group that supports the activities of the organisation.

Manx PrayerNet is linked to other prayer groups across Britain and Ireland and has a growing conviction that the Isle of Man has a significant part to play in the purposes of God at this time.
